Supervision for Counsellors

Supervision sessions are flexible and designed to fit your needs — available online, over the phone, or face-to-face at my welcoming practice in Berwick. You can choose between 60 or 90-minute sessions, scheduled conveniently on weekdays or after hours to suit your busy life. I also provide 45 and 30-minute online sessions (ideal for when an urgent issue comes up and also adds to your supervision annual requirements).

I offer a supportive supervision style that can be tailored to your preference—whether reflection-based or incorporating a CBT framework. I focus on recognising and nurturing your strengths, building confidence, and supporting your growth as a counsellor. My approach is collaborative, relationship-centered, and contractually clear, always prioritising your individual needs—whether you’re practicing privately or within an organisation.
