Counselling sessions last from 50 minutes to an hour. 

The number of sessions required depends on the individual. 

Counselling sessions are for an hour. Often, I will meet with you for an individual session prior to seeing you both together. These individual meetings are for 50 minutes to an hour and cost $115, the same as individual sessions.

As an approved counselling Supervisor I take great pride in supporting other counsellors to benefit from online or in-person supervision sessions. These can be for 60 mins or 90 mins. Usually, these are available after hours or on weekends and booked directly with me. $140 (60 Mins) $195 (90 mins).

Text or Email reminders are usually sent 48 hours in advance of your counselling session. Out of courtesy, I ask that you confirm your appointment or rearrange if you need to reschedule. Dom Lawrenson Counselling only charges the full fee if less than 24 hours' notice is provided or a non-attendance.
