Counselling sessions last for up to an hour and either take place in my consulting room within my home in Berwick or on Zoom or by, phone.
It is a comfortable and safe place to ‘unpack’ your inner thoughts and issues that are troubling you.

As each person is different, has unique life experiences, and responds differently to various therapies, I use a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches that include, but are not limited, to:

- Motivational Interviewing
