Regardless of our life stage, we all have the same thing in common – we are generally moving through them at the same rate and experience them for the first time. 

Making sense of our changing needs as the years progress can be confronting. It can have ramifications on our work and home life and disrupt our sense of who we are. But it doesn't have to be a midlife crisis.

This can include:

• Becoming parents
• Returning to work
• Becoming empty nesters
• Transitioning to retirement
• Midlife changes involving new projects, relationships etc.
• Losing strength and independence

Gaining a deeper understanding of our needs and why we react to aging can set us up to embrace each event life throws at us in a more positive way. I can’t halt the aging process, but I can assist in making more sense of it.
